Lawrence Phillips, 39yrs old, is serving 31yrs in Kern Valley State Prison in California for a long list of charges. His cellmate was found murdered around 1am, April 5th. Officials are unsure of what took place but they have labeled Phillips as their main suspect. There was also another murder committed that same day, it not clear if the incidence are related but officials are conducting a full investigation.
