Diddy will be the executive producer of an animated cartoon titled "Brightmoor". Many have labeled the show as the black South Park, it will take place in the motor city (Detroit) and focus around a group of elementary students. Diddy will produce the show through Revolt Film banners and it will premier on the FX.
COMMON CANCELED AS GUEST SPEAKER

Common will no longer speak at Kean University commencement due to concerns by New Jersey Police. Common was selected as guest speaker by Academy Award winners, but according to the Associated Press, once the good news was announced, many State Police Officers publicly shared, how they were troubled by the schools choice because of lyrics from the track " A Song for Assata" Common recorded in 2000. If you never had a chance to listen to the it, the song is about Joanne Chesimard, who changed her name to Assata Shakur. She was deeply associated with the Black Panther Party, and in 1977 Assata was convicted for the murder of New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973. Somehow in some way she escaped from prison and made it to Cuba. No one has seen her since.
