The Mississippi native claims he's owed over $135,000 for his role as a producer for Lil Waynes "La La" and "Monster Pussy" tracks.  According to documents released by TMZ, David Banner signed a written agreement with Young Money and should have received a payout within 2012. Banner states he was never paid.
